Business Goal

To survive the pandemic crisis by shifting focus from offline retail to online product sales. I created the #FTChallenge, inviting influencers to shop with a limited budget to show that Frenchtoast is stylish and affordable. Daily updates on new collections kept the brand visible and encouraged continued visits to the outlet, both online and offline.

I focused on boosting online sales through Tokopedia, Shopee, and WhatsApp to keep the business running during the pandemic.

I consistently shared daily updates on new collections to maintain foot traffic and interest in the physical store.

The Instagram feed features the #FTChallenge, introducing our online store on Tokopedia and Shopee while highlighting Frenchtoast’s affordability. It also offers outfit inspiration and shopping ideas to help followers decide what to wear and buy.

As a result, we gained new followers, attracted first-time buyers on marketplaces, and kept the offline store active. The #FTChallenge helped more people discover Frenchtoast and connect with our brand.
